The South Carolina Office of the State Auditor (OSA) is seeking proposals for a fiduciary performance audit. The purpose of the engagement is to evaluate the progress made by the South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority in implementing the recommendations resulting from a 2014 fiduciary performance audit. In the process, currently existing areas of weakness in operational policies and practices should be identified. The provider is expected to utilize experience with similar engagements in exercising judgment and creativity in conducting this engagement.
