The Comptroller of the City of New York, acting on behalf of the New York City Employees’ Retirement System (“NYCERS”), the Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York (“Teachers”), and the New York City Board of Education Retirement System (“BERS”), (collectively “the Systems” is distributing an RFP to identify a firm or firms to provide investment analysis, evaluation and advice (“Investment Analysis Services”) to the Boards on developing a prudent strategy for potential divestment from securities of fossil fuel reserve owners consistent with fiduciary duty and the investment objectives of the Systems. This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Section 6-129 of the New York City Administrative Code. The RFP is available for download from the Comptroller’s website, www.comptroller.nyc.gov. Select “RFPs & Solicitations” then select the RFP and complete the form. Proposals are due February 8, 2019 by 2 P.M.
