The Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (ERS) is soliciting proposals for qualified firm(s) to provide private equity investment consulting and investment management services to the ERS. The consulting firm(s) must be United States based, registered under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, been in business for a minimum of five years and have at least one defined benefit public pension fund client with assets greater than $3 billion. The primary consultant to be assigned to the ERS must have a minimum of seven years experience providing domestic and international investment consulting and management services to public pension plans.

The consulting firm will have discretion with respect to certain investment decisions regarding a portion of the Assets.

The deadline for proposals: November 27, 2017 by 4:30 p.m. (H.S.T.). Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
