The Vermont Pension Investment Commission, Montpelier, is seeking proposals for investment consulting services, according to a request for proposal on the Vermont Department of Buildings and General Services website.
VPIC is requesting bids for general consulting services, including investment performance calculation and monitoring; asset-allocation consulting services, including asset/liability studies; and private market investment-consulting services, including due diligence on private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and private market real-estate investments, said Katie Green, VPIC’s deputy chief investment officer.
Interested firms may bid on all three or any combination of one or two of these services, Green said.
VPIC oversees nearly $7 billion on behalf of the Vermont State Employees’ Retirement System, the Vermont State Teachers’ Retirement System, and the Vermont Municipal Employees’ Retirement System.
RFP responses are due by 4:30 p.m. EST on March 17.
