State of Wisconsin Investment Board, Madison, is searching for one or more board governance consultants.
The board, which manages $145.8 billion in assets, including the $124.9 billion Wisconsin Retirement System, is seeking one or more firms to facilitate the annual evaluation of the board of trustees, according to an RFP posted on its procurement website.
The selected consultant will also facilitate the annual evaluation of Edwin Denson, executive director and chief investment officer, as well as complete other board governance projects, including the review of board policies and procedures, according to the RFP.
The RFP does not disclose the name of the current firm providing the services or whether the firm is eligible to rebid.
The RFP is available on the board's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. CDT on Oct. 7. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
