Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program, Madison, is searching for a third-party administrator.
The $6.5 billion 457 plan issued the RFP due to the upcoming expiration of current administrator Empower Retirement's contract on Nov. 30, 2022.
The firm is eligible to rebid, said Shelly Schueller, director of the deferred compensation program, in an email. The 457 plan has 18 individual investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
The RFP is available on the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds' website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT on May 21. A selection is expected in November.
