Weymouth (Mass.) Retirement System is searching for an active international small-cap equity manager to run between $3 million and $6 million.
The $250 million pension fund issued an RFP due to the upcoming expiration of current manager Acadian Asset Management's contract, said Edward Masterson, retirement system director. The firm is invited to rebid, he said.
Asset allocation information on the international equity asset class was not available.
The RFP is available on the website of investment consultant Fiducient Advisors, which is assisting with the search. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. EST on Jan. 9. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
