WEX Inc., South Portland, Maine, added the MFS Mid Cap Value Fund, Fidelity U.S. Bond Index Fund and Fidelity Total International Index Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by MFS Investment Management, and passive domestic fixed income and passive international equity funds managed by Fidelity Investments had $18 million, $5 million and $4 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the company's June 25 11-K filing with the SEC.
A comparison of this year's 11-K filing and last year's filing shows the plan removed the AB Discovery Value Fund from the lineup in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the active domestic smid-cap value equity fund managed by AllianceBernstein had $17 million in assets in the plan, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the WEX Inc. Employee Savings Plan had $322 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
