Westfield (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an active international large-cap equity manager to run $15 million.
The $290 million pension fund is issuing an RFP due to the requirement by the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission that it must put services up for bid every seven years, said Liam Browne, the pension fund's director.
Current manager RBC Global Asset Management is eligible to rebid, Browne said.
Investment consultant Fiducient Advisors is assisting.
The RFP will be posted imminently on Fiducient’s website. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. EDT on June 25. A selection may be completed by the end of July, Browne said.
