Westfield (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for active domestic small-cap equity managers to run a total of between $10 million and $22 million.
The $330 million pension fund issued two RFPs to comply with the requirement by the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission that services must be put up for bid every seven years, said Liam Browne, the pension fund's director.
Both current growth manager Loomis, Sayles & Co. and current value manager Wasatch Global Investors are invited to rebid, Browne said.
The growth RFP and value RFP are both available on Fiducient’s website. Proposals for both searches are due by 4 p.m. EDT on April 16. Timelines for selections were not provided.
