West Virginia State Treasurer's Office, Charleston, rehired NEPC as investment consultant for its SMART529 program.
The firm will continue to advise the program's board of trustees on the money management of the $318 million West Virginia Savings Plan Trust Fund and $27 million Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund, spokeswoman Gina Joynes confirmed in an email.
The office issued an RFP in April. There were no finalists, Ms. Joynes said.
