Waterford (Mich.) Defined Contribution Committee is searching for an investment consultant for the township's $20 million 401(a) plan and $9 million 457 plan.
The committee is seeking a firm to provide ongoing services including reviews of investment options lineups, the development of an investment policy and assist in a record-keeper search process, according to an RFP posted on the township's website.
MissionSquare Retirement is the 401(a) plan's record keeper, while Corebridge Financial is the record keeper of the 457 plan. The RFP does not disclose the name of the current consultant or its eligibility to rebid for the services, and also does not disclose the timing of the record-keeper search.
The RFP is available on the township's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EST on Feb. 21. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
