Volusia County, DeLand, Fla., is searching for an investment consultant for its $134 million 457 plan.
The county issued a request for statement of qualifications for an investment consultant to evaluate the performance and cost of the 457 plan's investment options and provide overall general consulting services, according to a search notice on the Mercell procurement website.
The notice does not disclose the name of the current consultant or whether the firm is eligible to rebid.
The 457 plan has 25 individual investment options, plus a target-date fund series managed by Vanguard Group. Nationwide Financial is the plan's record keeper.
Information is posted on the Mercell procurement website. Responses are due at 3:01 p.m. EST on Nov. 30. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
Rebecca Bishop, senior procurement analyst for the county, would not provide further information.
