University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, Burlington, committed up to $5 million to Great Hill Equity Partners VII for its $472 million endowment pool, show recently released investment subcommittee minutes.
The investment committee approved the commitment to the buyout fund managed by Great Hill Partners at its May 23 meeting.
University spokesman Jeffrey Wakefield would not provide further information.
