University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, Burlington, committed $10 million to Alpine Investors IX for its $734 million endowment pool.
The university's investment subcommittee approved the commitment to the buyout fund at its Oct. 19 meeting, recently released meeting minutes show.
Investment consultant Prime Buchholz assisted.
