University of Kentucky, Lexington, disclosed three new alternatives commitments totaling $45 million for its $2.2 billion endowment.
The university's investment staff disclosed the commitments to the investment committee at its Dec. 5 meeting, recently released meeting minutes showed.
Staff committed $15 million each to software-focused growth equity fund Elsewhere Partners III; Peppertree Capital Fund X, an infrastructure fund managed by Peppertree Capital Management; and early stage venture capital fund Tola Capital III.
The endowment's targets to private equity and private real assets are 24% and 9%, respectively.
