U.K. Cabinet Office hired Legal & General for record-keeping and investment platform services for its defined contribution plan, the Civil Service Pension Scheme, London, according to a notice on European procurement website Tenders Electronic Daily.
The office sought a single provider of a contract-based plan or a master trust for the £390 million ($473 million) plan.
The plan's previous record keepers were Standard Life, Scottish Widows, Prudential Financial and AXA Equitable Life.
A spokesman could not be reached to provide additional details.
