Travelers Cos. Inc., St. Paul, Minn., added the JPMorgan Equity Income Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The insurer added the active domestic large-cap value equity fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management to the lineup during 2021, a comparison of its new 11-K filing with the SEC on Thursday and last year's filing shows.
As of Dec. 31, the J.P. Morgan fund had $210 million in assets in the plan, according to the new 11-K filing.
The comparison also shows the plan removed the American Beacon Large Cap Value Fund from the investment options lineup in 2021.
As of Dec. 31, 2020, the active domestic large-cap value equity fund managed by American Beacon Advisors had $160 million in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Travelers 401(k) Savings Plan had $9.5 billion in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
