In real estate, the $66.1 billion pension fund committed a total of up to $250 million to CBRE U.S. Logistics Partners, an industrial real estate fund managed by CBRE Global Investors.
As of June 30, the actual allocation to real estate was 8.9%.
For its strategic lending portfolio, TCRS committed up to $250 million to Oaktree Real Estate Debt Fund III, a real estate debt fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
As of June 30, the actual allocation to strategic lending was 7.4%.
In private equity, the pension fund committed $100 million to Trident IX, a global large-cap buyout fund managed by Stone Point Capital.
As of June 30, the actual allocation to private equity as 10.3%.
