Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, Nashville, committed $200 million to Whitehorse Liquidity Partners VI.
The $65.2 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the secondary private equity fund of funds at its Dec. 1 meeting, said Shelli King, spokeswoman for state Treasurer David H. Lillard Jr., who oversees the pension fund.
TCRS previously committed $200 million to Whitehorse Liquidity Partners V in 2022.
The pension fund allocates the commitments to its strategic lending portfolio, which had an actual allocation of 11.2% as of Sept. 30. Its target is 10%.
