TC Energy Corp., Houston, added the Wells Fargo Special Mid Cap Value Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2018, the company disclosed Wednesday in its 11-K filing with the SEC.
The active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by Wells Fargo Asset Management had $13 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the filing.
Also in 2018, the plan removed the Artisan Mid Cap Value Fund. The active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by Artisan Partners had $16 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the previous 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the Transcanada 401(k) and Savings Plan had $678 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had 16 investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
