Tarrant County Hospital District, Fort Worth, Texas, is searching for a record keeper for its $209 million 403(b) plan, $97 million 401(a) plan and $40 million 457 plan.
The hospital district, which does business as JPS Health Network, is seeking a firm to provide record keeping and administrative services, according to an RFP posted on its website.
The current record keeper is Empower Retirement. While the RFP does not disclose whether the firm is invited to rebid, the last time services were put up for bid in 2020, Prudential Financial was the incumbent and was rehired. Empower acquired Prudential's retirement business in 2022.
The RFP is available on the hospital district’s website. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. CDT on Oct. 14. A timeline for a selection has yet to be determined.
