Tacoma, Wash., is searching for up to two record keepers for its $502 million 457 plan.
The city is seeking one or two vendors to provide record-keeping services as well as participant communication and education services, according to an RFP posted on the city's website.
The current record keepers are ICMA-RC and Nationwide Financial; whether the firms are eligible to rebid was not known.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 11 a.m. PST Dec. 8. A selection is expected in February, followed by City Council approval in March.
Tad Carlson, the city's senior buyer, could not be immediately reached for further information.
