The Swedish Pension Agency on behalf of the Swedish Fund Selection Agency hired Style Analytics to provide portfolio analysis for upcoming searches for equity and fixed-income managers, a spokeswoman confirmed.
The agency is gearing up to launch a series of searches for money managers to run a maximum of about one trillion Swedish kronor ($95 billion) in defined contribution assets.
The selected firms will manage assets for Sweden's public premium reserve retirement platform, which forms the country's mandatory defined contribution system.
Style Analytics' tools will also be used for the continuous monitoring of the funds on the platform in terms of factor exposure, risk, liquidity and sustainability, the agency said.
