Surprise, Ariz., is searching for a record keeper for its $45 million 457 plan.
The city is seeking a firm to provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, communications, education and investment-related services, according to an RFP posted on the city's website.
Nationwide Financial is the current record keeper. The RFP did not disclose whether the firm is invited to rebid.
The plan has 24 individual investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by Capital Group.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 11 a.m. MST on May 27. A selection is expected on July 29.
