SunAmerica Asset Management hired J.P. Morgan Asset Management as subadviser of the newly renamed SA JPMorgan Large Cap Portfolio, according to an SEC filing April 6.
The SunAmerica Series Trust's board of directors approved the change at its March 30 meeting following its vote to terminate Invesco as subadviser of the formerly named SA Invesco Main Street Large Cap Portfolio, according to the filing.
As of July 31, the SA Invesco Main Street Large Cap Portfolio had $443 million in assets under management.
SunAmerica Asset Management is a subsidiary of Corebridge Financial, formerly the life and retirement business of American International Group before spinning off last year.
Corebridge spokesman Matt Burkhard declined to comment.
