Stanislaus County Employees' Retirement Association, Modesto, Calif., committed $15 million to ABRY Senior Equity VI.
The $2.7 billion pension fund closed the commitment to the mezzanine debt fund managed by ABRY Partners on Aug. 11, according to a notice included with Aug. 24 board meeting materials.
As of May 31, the pension fund's actual allocation to private credit was 3.3%; the target is 4.5%.
