Spokane, Wash., is searching for its first investment consultant for a $45 million 457 plan.
The city is seeking an investment consultant to assist in initial plan design, manager lineup review and provide ongoing consulting services, according to an RFP posted on the website of the $308 million Spokane Employees' Retirement System.
The plan's record keeper is Voya Financial. The plan has 25 investment options. The plan is open to city employees in International Association of Fire Fighters Local 29.
The city has another 457 plan administered by ICMA-RC, for which Hyas Group serves as investment consultant.
The RFP is available on the retirement system's website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. PDT on Sept. 20. A selection is expected Nov. 8.
