Spokane, Wash., hired RVK as the first investment consultant for a $45 million 457 plan.
The city issued an RFP in September for the first consultant for the plan, which is open to city employees in International Association of Fire Fighters Local 29.
Voya Financial is the record keeper of the plan, which has 25 investment options.
Hyas Group was the other finalist. The city has another 457 plan administered by ICMA-RC, for which Hyas already serves as its investment consultant.
