Southwestern Energy Co., Spring, Texas, added the Goldman Sachs Small Cap Equity Insights Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The active domestic small-cap equity fund managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management was added in 2019 and had $10 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on Monday.
Also during 2019, the plan removed the Glenmede Small Cap Equity Fund from the investment options lineup.
The active domestic small-cap equity fund managed by Glenmede Investment Management had $9 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The new filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Southwestern Energy Co. 401(k) Savings Plan had $144 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had nine individual investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price Group.
