Southeast Macomb Sanitary District, St. Clair Shores, Mich., is searching for an investment consultant.
The district issued a request for information for a consultant to provide third-party investment and advice counsel to the board of trustees for the South Macomb Disposal Authority and the Southeast Macomb Sanitary District Cash Portfolio, Employees Retirement System & Healthcare Trust.
The district issued the RFI because it has not reviewed the $23 million trust in 15 years, said Kip Walby, the district’s director. Morgan Stanley is the current consultant and is eligible to rebid, Mr. Walby said.
The RFI is available on the BidNetDirect procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 10 a.m. EST on March 5. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
