Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1, Everett, Wash., hired CAPTRUST Financial Advisors as investment consultant for its $228 million 401(k) plan and $47 million 457 plan, according to an award notice on the Public Purchase procurement website.
The utility issued an RFP in October due to the upcoming expiration of current consultant Hyas Group's contract in March 2023, said Hope Linder, contracts and purchasing agent, in an email at the time.
Hyas Group was one of three bidders along with RVK. There were no finalist presentations.
MissionSquare Retirement is the plans' record keeper.
CAPTRUST will also provide services for the utility district's $3 million retirement health savings plan.
