Sirius XM Holdings Inc., New York, added four equity investment options to its 401(k) plan lineup in 2018, the company disclosed in its 11-K filing with the SEC on Thursday.
In 2018, the plan added the Janus Henderson Triton Fund, an active domestic midcap growth equity fund managed by Janus Henderson Investors. The fund had $13 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the filing.
The plan also added the ClearBridge International Growth Fund, an active international large-cap growth equity fund managed by ClearBridge Investments, which had $10 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31; the Carillon Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund, an active domestic midcap growth equity fund managed by Carillon Tower Advisers and subadvised by Eagle Asset Management, which had $9 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31; and the AllianzGI NFJ Mid-Cap Value fund, an active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by Allianz Global Investors, which also had $9 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31.
The plan removed four equity investment options from the plan in 2018.
The plan removed an active domestic small-cap growth equity fund and active domestic midcap growth equity fund managed by TimesSquare Capital Management, which had $13 million and $9 million in assets in the plan, respectively, as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the company's previous 11-K filing. The plan also removed an active international growth equity fund managed by Artisan Partners, which had $12 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2017, and an active domestic midcap value equity fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, which had $11 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2017.
The reason for the changes was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Sirius XM Radio 401(k) Savings Plan had $383 million in assets. As of that same date, the plan had 17 investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price Group.
