ServisFirst Bancshares Inc., Birmingham, Ala., hired Schwab Retirement Plan Services as the record keeper of its 401(k) plan.
The bank hired Schwab to replace Lincoln Financial Group effective Sept. 1, according to its 11-K filing with the SEC on Thursday.
A reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the ServisFirst Bank 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan and Trust had $50 million in assets, according to the 11-K filing.
