Santa Clara County, San Jose, Calif., is searching for an investment consultant for its $3.2 billion 457 plan.
The county is seeking a firm that can provide ongoing review of the plan's investment options lineup and make recommendations on changes in the lineup, according to an RFP posted on the Periscope S2G procurement website.
The current consultant is Innovest Portfolio Solutions. All eligible firms can bid for the services, said David Acevedo, procurement officer, in an email. He would not provide further information why the RFP was issued.
The RFP is available on the Periscope S2G procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 3 p.m. PST on Jan. 6. A notice of intent to award is expected sometime in March.
