San Jose, Calif., rehired Voya Financial as record keeper for its two 457 plans and 401(a) plan, said Amy Morton, senior benefits analyst in the city's human resources department, in an email.
The city issued an RFP in September. Ms. Morton said Empower Retirement, MissionSquare Retirement and Nationwide Financial also submitted bids.
The two 457 plans have a combined $1.2 billion in assets. The 401(a) plan has $3 million in assets.
Investment consultant Hyas Group assisted.
