San Jose (Calif.) Federated City Employees Retirement System committed $5 million to Innovation Endeavors IV.
The $2.7 billion pension fund's commitment to the venture capital fund was disclosed in materials for the pension fund's upcoming June 17 board meeting.
The pension fund previously made a commitment to Innovation Endeavors III. As of March 31, the pension fund had $4 million invested in the fund, according to its most recent investment report.
Also as of March 31, the actual allocation to private markets was 21.5%.
