San Jose (Calif.) Deferred Compensation Advisory Committee will launch a search for an investment consultant in the fall, said Amy Morton, senior analyst, benefits division, in an email.
The $1 billion 457 plan will issue the RFP because the contract with current consultant Buck will expire Dec. 31. Buck is invited to rebid.
Ms. Morton said the RFP is very tentatively scheduled to post in September, with a proposal due date of at least 30 days after the posting date.
The RFP will be posted on the city's purchasing website.
