San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association, Stockton, Calif., is searching for an actuarial consultant, spokesman Greg Frank said.
The $3 billion pension fund issued an RFP for a consultant to provide actuarial services and actuarial advice, beginning in 2020 for a five-year contract. Current consultant Cheiron is invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on SJCERA's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT on Sept. 11. A selection is expected on Nov. 8.
Mr. Frank could not immediately provide further information.
