San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association, Stockton, Calif., committed up to $62 million to Silver Point Specialty Credit Fund III, a credit special situations fund managed by Silver Point Capital.
The SJCERA board approved the commitment Jan. 20, according to the agenda for the Sept. 8 board meeting.
