San Francisco City & County Employees' Retirement System disclosed three new commitments totaling $215 million in a report from CEO/CIO Alison Romano ahead of its July 14 board meeting.
The $33.1 billion pension fund committed $115 million to global real estate fund Blackstone Real Estate Partners X; $60 million to Searchlight Opportunities Fund II, a distressed debt fund managed by Searchlight Capital Partners; and $40 million to venture capital fund Headline US VII, according to the report.
As of June 30, the pension fund's actual allocations to private equity, real assets and private credit were 32.7%, 15% and 6.6%, respectively.
