San Antonio Fire & Police Pension Fund rehired The Townsend Group as real estate consultant.
The $4 billion pension fund’s board approved the rehiring at its July 30 meeting, recently released meeting minutes show.
The pension fund issued an RFP in November. Finalist information was not provided.
The pension fund’s target allocation to real estate is 9%.
