San Antonio Fire & Police Pension Fund committed $30 million to EQT Exeter Industrial Value Fund VI.
The $4 billion pension fund's board approved the commitment to the value-added real estate fund at its April 26 meeting, recently released meeting minutes show.
The pension fund previously committed $20 million to Exeter Industrial Value Fund V in 2019.
