Rockingham County, Harrisonburg, Va., hired Bolton Partners as the first investment consultant for its $10 million 457 plan, said Patricia Davidson, the county's finance director.
The county issued an RFP in October for a consultant to help establish an investment committee, provide advice to the committee, review current options and meet with the county's board on a quarterly basis.
Conrad Siegel and SageView Advisory Group were the other finalists.
