QCR Holdings Inc., Moline, Ill., added the T. Rowe Price Blue Chip Growth Fund and Janus Henderson Small-Mid Cap Value Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the active domestic large-cap growth equity fund managed by T. Rowe Price Group and active domestic smidcap value equity fund managed by Janus Henderson Investors had $8 million and $3 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC June 25.
A comparison of this year's 11-K filing and last year's filing shows the plan removed the American Funds AMCAP Fund and AB Discovery Value Fund from the lineup in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the active domestic large-cap growth equity fund managed by Capital Group and the active domestic smidcap value equity fund managed by AllianceBernstein had $7 million and $3 million, respectively, in plan assets, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the QCR Holdings Inc. 401(k) Plan had $103 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
