Prince William County Public Schools, Manassas, Va., rehired Bolton Partners as investment consultant for its 403(b) and 457 plans, according to a notice of award posted on the commonwealth of Virginia's procurement website.
The school district issued an RFP in April due to the pending expiration of Bolton Partners' contract on June 30, according to the procurement website.
The 403(b) and 457 plans have a combined $874 million in assets and share a common investment lineup consisting of 18 individual investment options. Lincoln Financial Group is the current record keeper.
The award notice did not disclose whether there were any other finalists. Bolton Partners has been the school district's consultant since 2003.
