Prince William County Public Schools, Manassas, Va., is searching for an investment consultant for its 403(b) and 457 plans.
The school district issued an RFP due to the upcoming expiration of current consultant Bolton Partners' contract on June 30, according to the RFP posted on the commonwealth of Virginia's procurement website. The RFP does not disclose whether the firm is invited to rebid, but the firm has been rehired following every RFP process since originally being hired in 2003.
The plans share a common investment lineup consisting of 18 individual investment options. Lincoln Financial Group is the current record keeper.
The school district's 403(b) and 457 plans have combined assets of $874 million.
The RFP is available on the commonwealth of Virginia's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 11 a.m. EDT on April 19. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
