Portland, Ore., rehired Voya Financial as record keeper for its $944 million 457 plan, according to an intent to negotiate and award posted on the city's website.
The city issued an RFP in February for a firm to provide retirement plan administration, communications and education, investment-related and record-keeping services for the plan.
The other finalists were MissionSquare Retirement and Nationwide Financial, said Jayson Davidson, director of consulting services at investment consultant Hyas Group, in an email.
Hyas Group assisted with the search.
