Portland, Ore., is searching for a record keeper for its $944 million 457 plan.
The city is seeking a firm to provide retirement plan administration, communications and education, investment-related and record-keeping services for the plan, according to an RFP posted on the city's procurement website.
Voya Financial is the current record keeper and is invited to rebid, said Jayson Davidson, director of consulting services at investment consultant Hyas Group, in an email.
The RFP is available on the city's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. PST on March 10. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of April 24, and a selection is expected by July.
