Portland, Ore., is searching for an investment consultant for the city's $665 million 457 plan, said Christina Pham, deferred compensation administrator, in an email.
The city issued an RFP due to the expiration of current consultant Hyas Group’s contract at the end of November, Ms. Pham said. The firm is invited to rebid.
The plan has 32 investment options, and Voya Financial is its record keeper. Whether the plan currently has a consultant could not be immediately learned.
The RFP is available on the city's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT on Aug. 26. A selection is expected sometime in October.
